My heart is heavy,

I can’t breathe,

My body aches,

I am exhausted.

I am overwhelmed,

This place is not fun anymore,

They promised me a nice time

But it feels like prison more

I am overwhelmed,

Nothing I do seems to make sense,

Everything is so intense,

Even my body feels tense.

I am overwhelmed,

I feel hollow,

In here, there’s a lot of sorrow

I don’t know who to follow.

I am overwhelmed

This place feels like hell,

With these heavy eye bags I have

I am sure you can tell.

I want to go home.

I want to be happy.

I want to be optimistic again,

I am overwhelmed.
